At Vanorelle, we proudly ship our mirrors across Canada with carefully managed packaging and reliable delivery services.

1. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • We currently ship within Canada only.
  • We ship to all 10 provinces and 3 territories.
  • We do not currently offer international shipping.
  • Shipping times and delivery methods may vary depending on location, carrier availability, weather conditions, and package size.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM PST begin processing the next business day.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.
  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as:
    • Black Friday
    • Cyber Monday
    • Boxing Day
    • Holiday sales events

3. SHIPPING COSTS

We offer:

No minimum purchase is required.

All prices and shipping rates are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Orders shipped to rural areas, remote regions, or the territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut) may require additional delivery time.

5. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We work with trusted Canadian carriers including:

  • Canada Post
  • Purolator
  • FedEx
  • UPS

Carrier selection depends on package size, destination, and delivery availability.

Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • We ship only within Canada.
  • We do not ship to international addresses.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • We do not ship to APO/FPO/CFPO military addresses.
  • Certain remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable. If this occurs, we will contact you directly.

7. TAXES

Applicable Canadian taxes including GST, HST, PST, or QST are calculated at checkout based on your shipping province or territory.

Since all orders are shipped domestically within Canada, customers are not charged customs duties or import fees.

8. FAILED DELIVERY OR RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refused delivery
  • Unclaimed packages

Additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

9. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Although we package all mirrors carefully, shipping damage may occasionally occur.

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vanorelle.com
  2. Provide:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the product
    • Photos of the shipping box and packaging
  3. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

10. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • Your tracking number
  • A carrier tracking link

11. POLICY UPDATES

We may update this Shipping Policy periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.
