Vanorelle sells mirrors. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product dimensions, colours, materials, and finishes.

However, actual colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on device screens, lighting conditions, and manufacturing variations.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted once payment has been successfully processed and we issue an order confirmation.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, as cancellation requests may not always be possible after order confirmation.

Returns and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 — PRICING AND BILLING

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and handling charges are calculated at checkout.

Prices and promotions may change without notice.

You represent that all payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship within Canada only.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, labour disruptions, or events outside our control are not our responsibility.

Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery of products to the shipping carrier.

All website content including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, designs, product descriptions, and branding are owned by Vanorelle or its licensors and are protected under Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

Our Services may contain links or integrations with third-party tools, websites, or services that are not controlled by Vanorelle.
